Exeter Architectural Designers, Wood Design Services understand that every project variesd and inevitable has differnet timescales. With this in mind Woods Design Sertvcies have produced a list set of approximate timescales to be used as a guideline when considering a project.

Timescale:

Production of First Draft plans from date of instructions 1 - 2 weeks
Client approval and First Amendment of plans (if required) 1 week approx
Building Regulations and Planning approval by Local Authority 5 – 8 weeks

Note: By depositing a ‘Full Plans’ Building Regulations application you may, if you require, at your own risk, start the works. However you must notify the LA Building Control Department with 2 clear days notice prior to commencing work on site.

Please Note: This procedure does not apply to Planning.
